A cracked supply line at 2am, a water heater that quit on a Sunday, a slab leak that's been climbing your water bill for weeks — whatever brought you here, our Collierville-based crews are already staged and ready to roll.
Behind Street Wise - Plumbing is a crew of journeyman and master plumbers who've worked on everything from century-old cast iron to brand-new PEX systems. We're insured for the job, licensed in TN, and we stand behind every repair with a written warranty.
We've trained our team to diagnose the actual cause, not just patch the symptom. A slow drain in a Collierville kitchen is rarely just the trap — it's often venting, slope, or a buildup problem further down the line, and we check all of it.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our Collierville team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to Collierville, TN construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
These are the patterns our Collierville dispatchers hear about most right before a job turns into an emergency call.
When water's actively coming out somewhere it shouldn't, minutes matter more than money. Our on-call technicians in Collierville are dispatched with the parts and equipment to handle burst pipes, failed water heaters, and overflowing fixtures on the first trip.
From a running toilet that's quietly inflating your water bill to a full re-pipe of an older Collierville home, our residential team handles the everyday and the extensive with the same attention to detail.
We work around your business hours where possible, not the other way around. Commercial clients across Collierville, TN rely on us for scheduled maintenance, backflow prevention compliance, and rapid response when a fixture goes down mid-shift.
Our drain team runs camera line inspections before recommending anything invasive, so you're not paying for a dig-up when a hydro-jetting service would clear it.
Whether it's a pilot light that won't stay lit or a full tank-to-tankless conversion, our technicians are certified on both gas and electric systems common in Collierville, TN homes.
We use electronic leak detection to pinpoint the source before any demolition starts, so the repair stays focused instead of turning into a bigger project than it needs to be.
Faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and shower valves get installed to code, with old connections checked for corrosion rather than just reused out of convenience.
A live dispatcher takes your call, gets a read on the urgency, and starts routing the nearest available technician.
Because our trucks are staged across Collierville, TN, dispatch can usually give you an honest, specific arrival window.
Before a wrench touches anything, you'll get a written, upfront price for the repair — no surprise line items after the fact.
The repair is completed, the work area is cleaned up, and you're handed a written warranty on both parts and labor.
You approve a flat price before we start — never a rate that climbs once the job's already underway.
Because our trucks are already staged around Collierville, TN, we're rarely the "next week" plumber.
We're happy to have every technician show ID and license on arrival; it's a standard we hold ourselves to, not a special request.
If a repair we performed fails under normal use within the warranty period, we return and fix it at no charge.
